This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) has been issued by BlueLight Commercial who are seeking to award an Open Framework for the provision of supply, installation, and maintenance of Alcohol Breath Testing Equipment. Please refer to ITT Instructions to Bidders section 1.1.

The APCC are looking to appoint a single supplier framework for the provision of Insurance Management and Assessment for Riot Compensation Claims. The claim assessment company appointed will handle the assessment of claims arising from incidents of riots, ensuring due diligence is applied, pre-agreed turnaround targets are met, and communication with both claimants and PCCs is of a high standard.

Law enforcement agencies require specialised systems to allow them to effectively manage any covert operations, ensuring appropriate authority is granted and a clear audit trail is available.

SMPs are required to provide independent medical advice to force Pension Authorities on all matters relating to medical questions. SMPs must be a Member or Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM or FFOM), or EEA equivalent. The minimum requirement should be that they are an Associate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (AFOM) or EEA equivalent.The requirement will be tendered via a multi-supplier framework, lotted geographically. This framework covers the provision of footwear for both Policing and Fire requirements. Footwear is an integral part of uniform for both Officers and Staff across Blue light organisations. The specification outlines the key requirements for each product required, as part of a Lot structure. All items must be designed to accommodate both male and female officers and staff and be available in a range of sizes from 3 to 14.
Following the expiry of the existing blue light National Framework for Vehicle Conversion Services blue light organisations required a new route to market for their vehicle conversion needs.
