The Trust is looking to formally award a contract for the provision of car park management, including a permit system, revenue collection, traffic management and enforcement. This will be across two sites, Birmingham Dental Hospital and School of Dentistry and Moseley Hall Hospital. Please note that the Trust may wish to expand these services to other sites during the contract period and bidders are asked to demonstrate ability to support this and demonstrate likely costs of implementation.

Provision of a Prosthetic, Orthotic and Technical Service
Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust , the Lead Trust /Commissioner is seeking to procure a high quality Prosthetic & Orthotic Service to integrate within a multi disciplinary team. This service supports both Adult and Paediatric patients with physical impairments, aiming to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. The service will primarily operate from West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre, covering the supply, fitting, maintenance, and aftercare of prosthetic and orthotic devices. It will also include clinical assessments, custom fittings, ongoing adjustments, and comprehensive rehabilitation support.<br/><br/>The Prosthetics service at the Centre is one of only 35 in the UK, serving patients from a broad geographical area. The service provides artificial limbs to clients with upper and lower limb deficiencies, both acquired and congenital, along with all related prosthetic, technical, therapeutic, and holistic support. Patients are registered with the service on a lifelong basis.<br/><br/>The Trust seeks a provider capable of delivering high-quality, flexible, and cost-effective Prosthetics and Orthotic service. The contract will require service provision at the Trust’s current sites, ensuring continuity and quality care for patients as well those of its Tertiary centres based within other NHS Trusts including the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.<br/><br/>As part of the contract, the successful supplier will provide workshop facilities within a 5 mile radius of the Maltings Mobility Centre, Wolverhampton. The current workshop facility is below the required standards for a healthcare faciltiy and suitable premises must now found as part of this procurement exercise. The workshop facilities at ther other centres are in good operational use and will continue for use by the successful supplier.<br/><br/>The contract shall be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.<br/><br/>This procurment is to be conducted under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Competitive Process procedure.

Birmingham Community Healthcare Moseley Hall Lift Modernisation Project
The intent of the Specification is that the Plant and/or the Works shall be designed, manufactured, supplied, installed and constructed such as to be fit for the purpose of providing a Goods Passenger Lift service in compliance with BS EN81-20 and BS EN81-50 requirements; Fire Recall Service to BS EN81-73 requirements; Mobility Scooter loading; power truck loading usage to Class C3 requirements, and NHS HTM 08-02 requirements.
The Plant shall have a minimum service life of not less than 20/25-years commencing from Taking Over by the Purchaser.
The lift is to be installed/modernised within the existing lift shaft and motor room.
