Education Engagement Service within Birmingham Youth Offending Service
Birmingham Children’s Trust wishes to invite providers to participate in the tender to deliver an Education Engagement Service for the Youth Offending Service to support children to engage/re-engage with education. The service will be required to employ support practitioners to provide intensive mentoring support to children aged 10-16 years. The Contract will last for 3 years (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract) with the provision to extend for up to an additional 2 years subject to requirements and satisfactory performance.The contract will be awarded to a single provider.

The recruitment and management of children’s agency social workers and non social worker roles
The Children's Trust wishes to establish a contract for the provision of Children’s Agency Social Workers and Non Social Worker roles. The successful Provider must be able to supply and manage the effective provision of quality Children’s Social Workers (and non Social Worker roles) for assignments within the Trust.The Trust have developed an outcomes focused specification and therefore welcome proposals from Master Vendor Managed Service Providers and Neutral Vendor Managed Service Providers on how best they can meet the requirements in the specification.A list of other Agency roles that may be required by the Trust are outlined within the specification and tender document and providers are asked to identify which Agency roles they can deliver along with their pricing structure for delivery. These are not mandatory and providers will not be evaluated on their capacity to deliver these roles.

Birmingham’s Safeguarding Children’s Partnership (BSCP) is seeking to establish a high quality and cost-effective Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) under the Light Touch Regime, consisting of qualified Individuals / Organisations to offer learning and development services, providing locally delivered, flexible skills training and Sector specific training. The DPS will be for a period of up to 3 years, commencing 1st August 2023 until 31st July 2026, (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract) with the option to extend for a further two years in yearly increments.
