Quotations are invited for the supply of IT Services to Biggleswade Town Council as detailed in the attached document. Please submit your quotes as indicated. Biggleswade Town Council (the Council) is an elected body in the first tier of local government. We represent our community's interests and provide a range of local services, facilities and community events, adding value and acting as a focal point for the community. Complementary to our community services, the Council also run a community building and events business for profit, with the proceeds being reinvested back into the town. Our 15 elected Council Members are supported by a team of 16 Officers based in our offices at The Old Court House. The Council also has a Public Realm team who are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Town Council's properties and public areas of responsibility. The Council recognises the value of Quality IT provision and have made several investments in their IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Network and Wi-fi infrastructure, Cyber Security and Meeting room facilities. Mobile and flexible working is at the heart of all services.

Biggleswade Town Council is in the process of regenerating its play areas across town. The Kitelands Recreation Ground is a large open green space with several play areas on it. Bids are being invited for the supply and installation of new ground surfaces and selected play equipment as part of the drive to regenerate Kitelands. The project will run in two separate phases with contracts drawn up for each phase. For further guidance please refer to the attached guidance note.

The Brunel Drive play area is a medium sized space which holds a swing set, seesaw and a small wooden trail. Bids are invited to regenerate this play area (keeping the swing set which is in good condition) and replacing the other items with suitable alternatives. Bidders should submit a simple drawing of the area along with proposals for the regeneration. these should include the need to replace the existing ground surface with grass matting.
