Bernicia are looking for a contractor to carry out refurbishment works at Etal House, Moorhouse Estate, Ashington, NE63 9LS. Etal House is a retirement housing complex built in 1996 and consists of 37 high quality one bedroom apartments within landscaped grounds. The full details of works required are outlined within our scope of works but include internal and external works.
