The planned site is on the Client's Luton and Dunstable University Hospital site, which is situated at Lewsey Road, Luton, LU4 0DZ.
Client's objectives
The Client's objective is for the delivery of the Projects;
•To provide therapeutic and calm outdoor spaces to improve our staff, patients and visitors experience and support wellbeing, as identified in the Virtual Reality photos and video designs.
•The Client has a limited budget, and the majority of the works are being funded by the Trust's Charity.
•Gardens must be minimal maintenance and must recognise the nature of the hospital with vulnerable patients.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a supplier for the provision of Low Lead aprons, associated accessories, and suitable storage solutions for use within its Vascular Theatres, as detailed in Appendix 1 (Costings Sheet).
The requirement includes, but is not limited to, 0.35mm Pb equivalent double-overlap Low Lead aprons and 0.5mm Pb equivalent thyroid shields with magnetic fastening, available in a range of sizes to accommodate varying staff habitus; shin guards; lead glasses (both non-prescription and fit-over styles) which must include side protection; pockets and embroidery; and appropriate storage racks or rails. All equipment supplied must be CE marked, compliant with BS 2014 standards, and meet the technical, functional, and performance requirements set out in Appendix 1. Specific requirements and quantities are detailed within the Costings Sheet.

Bedfordshire Hospitals are looking to award a supplier to install and maintain a new temperature monitoring system within our pharmacy departments across both Sites, Luton & Dunstable Hospital and Bedford Hospital.
We are seeking a comprehensive temperature monitoring system capable of recording ambient, refrigerator, and freezer temperatures across two sites — Luton and Bedford. Each site will include multiple monitoring locations (Pharmacy and Satellite areas). The system must operate continuously (24/7, 365 days a year) and include an audible alarm, as well as an effective alert mechanism for both in-hours and out-of-hours temperature deviations. Additionally, we require annual calibration and maintenance for all monitoring devices across both sites.
