We are looking to engage with the Generator OEM supply chain whom provide equipment and service for Plant equipment.

This package involves the supply of steel posts for noise barriers as part of the HS2 Phase 1 Main Works Civils Contracts. The subcontractor will be responsible for the procurement and galvanization of the steel posts, which will be supplied to the construction site for subsequent installation.
The overarching purpose of the new WMS is to:
• Streamline Workforce Onboarding and Management: Reduce administrative burdens, automate right-to-work checks, medical and accreditation validations, and enhance data accuracy.
• Improve Site Safety and Compliance: Ensure only authorised, skilled, and medically fit workers access BBV HS2 sites. Support compliance with UK legislation (e.g., CDM Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act), HS2 standards, and ISO certifications.
• Enhance Security and Access Control: Implement robust biometric and card-based access systems to prevent unauthorised entry and maintain secure perimeters.
• Increase Operational Efficiency: Provide real-time insights into workforce attendance, accreditation levels, fatigue management, and resource allocation to improve productivity and risk mitigation.

The Subcontractor for this package will be responsible for providing specialist labour to carry out CCTV installations across the project and looking after CCTV maintenance of existing and new equipment.
BBV has developed its delivery strategy around several sub-lots across the Area North route, which encompasses both Sectors N1 and N2. We require a Contractor who can offer a comprehensive 24 hour available emergency spill response. Including containment, collection and clearance of all contaminated materials, both hazardous and non hazardous spills. Additionally, an electronic waste management system is required to support our delivery strategy. The complex nature of Area North in terms of geography, scope and scale has informed our packaging strategy for these works. We have divided Area North into 6 distinct geographical packages which align with sub-lot delivery strategies and approximately 86 compounds (subject to change) plus operational works areas requiring emergency response services

The contractor will provide BBV with Gritting services, Salt grit box replenishment & snow clearance. We require the contractor to visit various locations covering Area North, at agreed trigger temperatures, provide services to mapped roads as required. The provider needs to be able to offer a comprehensive 24-hour available emergency gritting services.
The Subcontractor for this package will be responsible for providing specialist labour to carry out LOLER thorough examinations to ensure all work equipment used on the project is independently examined and that it complies with LOLER regulations - And optional and additional, PUWER inspections, tools and plant machinery, and ADT brake testing
BBV is seeking a Subcontractor to carry out post reinstatement soil surveys and aftercare management plans on Sectors N1 and N2 of the IPT Area North for Schedule 16 land parcels, which are agricultural land parcels that have been temporarily acquired for the construction of the HS2 railway.
Following construction, the Schedule 16 land parcels will be reinstated to a similar condition as the baseline, followed by soil surveys to ascertain that the pre-construction target was achieved during reinstatement. This forms part of the hand over process for agricultural landowners.
The post reinstatement soil surveys are to be carried out by a soil specialist who has experience of carrying out field surveys of soils to record physical properties using the Soil Survey Field Handbook. The surveyor should meet the British Society of Soil Science ALC Competency Standards.
The report should also include an aftercare management plan which identifies issues that need to be rectified during the 5-year aftercare period, to ensure that the original ALC can be reinstated at the end of the aftercare period.
The Subcontractor for this package may also be responsible for carrying out non-intrusive, visual drainage surveys to identify existing outfalls, header drains and lateral drains and proposing any required remediation measures for drains and the surrounding soils.

The contractor is seeking a Supplier to undertake the detailed design based on the drawings provided by the designer, manufacture, storage (if necessary) and transport to the different locations Routewide of the access staircase that will be used to access the different embankments and structures along the Sublots.
