This Procurement will establish a Supplier Contract for the purchase of External Audit Services for Brunel Pension Partnership Limited (Brunel). The Services are described in detail below. The contract will be for an initial 3 years with an option to extend for a further year. This Contract will be between the successful Supplier and Brunel. The Contract is being offered under the Crown Commercial Service Audit & Assurance Services (A&AS) - RM6188 framework agreement Terms and Conditions which will govern any resultant Contract. This ITT contains the information and instructions that Potential Providers need to submit a compliant Tender. The deadline for submitting a tender is 5pm, Thursday 30 September 2021.

Provision of stewardship services, including engagement with issuers and voting recommendations.

Brunel requires a supplier or suppliers to provide Front, Middle and Back Office services for its private markets assets.
