The design, supply, delivery, and installation of Play Area's at all of the following five (5) sites:
1. Queens Park Play Area
2. Rottingdean Recreation Ground
3. Saltdean Park
4. Woollards Field
5. Knoll Park
To design, supply, deliver, and install the following in accordance with the Service Specification.
1. Play Area in Whitehawk Way and Associated Enabling Works
2. Play Area in Woodingdean Central Park and Associated Enabling Works
3. Play Area, Multi Use Games Area (MUGA); and Outdoor Fitness Area & Activity Area and Associated Enabling Works at Hollingdean Park.
Provision of Arboricultural Services for Trees on Highway Land and Non-Highway Land. There are two (2) Lots which are:
Lot 1. Arboricultural Services for Trees on Highway Land
Lot 2. Arboricultural Services for Trees on Non-Highway Land
Bidders may submit a tender return for one (1) or both Lots. The Council has decided to limit the number of lots that may be awarded to a Bidder. Only one (1) Lot may be awarded to one Bidder. This means the two (2) lots (contracts) will be awarded to two (2) separate economic operators. The Council shall apply rules (as per detailed in section 2.1 of Schedule 3 - Invitation to Tender Guidance) for determining which lots will be awarded where the application of the award criteria would result in one tenderer being awarded more lots than the maximum number.
The Council is sharing this Invitation to Tender to obtain professional, properly defined and priced propositions for the provision of weed treatment services on hard surfaces within the City of Brighton and Hove
