The Council are looking for management for a period of five years with the option to extend fir a further two years and the appointed company must be able to accept management from December 2022. The Innovation core consists of Local Authorities and County Councils from Hertfordshire and Essex set up to support economic growth along the UK innovation corridor, connecting the Upper Lee Valley and London to Cambridge. It is proposed to appoint a professional Inward Investment Marketing company on a provisional one year contract to market and promote the Innovation Core across strategic B2B social media platforms. The outputs of this exercise would then inform content optimisation on the website.
