The existing building is a single storey flat-roofed block of toilets sited adjacent to Morrisons at the North end of Bedford Street. The existing facilities include separate Male and Female toilets and an accessible toilet. There is a narrow service area and a small store. The toilets are in reasonable condition and are open to the public daily.
