The design has been completed by the Principal Contractors Designer to RIBA 4ii level. A subsubcontractor is sought to review and validate the design and then develop and complete the detailed technical design through RIBA 4iii to RIBA 5 installation level. The subsubcontractor shall then complete the installation and carry out testing and commissioning. We will be establishing a single supplier contract using NEC3 Construction and Engineering Terms with appropriate subsubcontractor flow downs and Z Clauses, further information will be provided to those bidders, who successfully progress to stage 4 of the procurement process.

We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced lighting manufacturer to undertake the design, manufacture and supply of the luminaires as part of the luminaires Framework at Old Oak Common (OOC) HS2 railway station.

We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced Plant Movement Partner, who will work closely with Anthro throughout the life of the OOC project. In doing so the successful subsubcontractor (the Partner) will work alongside our Logistics Engineer Manager to coordinate plant movement activities on site, in line with industry standards, good practice and HSQE and H2S requirements. In providing these services the successful bidder will be required to: undertake Prelims included but not limited to the production of RAMS, Lifting Review and ensuring compliance and safe working practices in line HSQE. In delivering these services, the successful bidder will be required to: • Undertake Preliminaries: This includes, but is not limited to, the development and production of detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Lifting Plans, and comprehensive reviews to ensure all activities align with safe working practices. • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: The appointed Partner will be responsible for ensuring that all plant movement operations strictly adhere to the highest levels of compliance, with particular attention to Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines, industry regulations, and project-specific environmental and safety standards (HSQE). • Facilitate Seamless Integration: The Partner will be expected to integrate seamlessly with other project teams, coordinating with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to optimise workflows, prevent disruptions, and maintain consistent site productivity. • Provide Expertise and Innovation: Leverage technical expertise and the latest technology in plant movement and lifting operations to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and contribute to ongoing innovation in construction processes. • Support Training and Awareness: Promote a safety-first culture by supporting training initiatives for on-site personnel and ensuring that all staff involved in plant movement are fully trained in the latest HSQE protocols. The successful Partner will play a critical role in the smooth, safe, and efficient handling of plant and lifting operations, contributing to the overall success of the OOC project. The successful bidder will be responsible for the management and movement of plant on site where specialist expertise and equipment are required e.g., lifting equipment telehandler, cranes. Providing specialist personnel e.g. Appointed Person, Lifting Engineers and associated equipment.

We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced Electrical Switchboard Panel company to undertake the detailed design, manufacture, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the switchboard panels at Old Oak Common (OOC) HS2 railway station. As part of this package there are a number of Station Common Components (SCC's) that will be free issued by Anthro. This includes the protective devices that will be from ABB. A subsubcontractor is sought to design, develop and complete the detailed technical design through RIBA 4 to RIBA 5 installation level. The subsubcontractor shall then complete the installation and carry out testing and commissioning.

We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced company to undertake the detailed design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Aspirating Smoke Detection system at Old Oak Common (OOC) HS2 railway station. A subsubcontractor is sought to design, develop and complete the detailed technical design to RIBA 5 installation level. The subsubcontractor shall then complete the installation and carry out testing and commissioning.

We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced company to undertake the supply and install of trace heating and lagging for frost protection measures of charged fire main pipework at Old Oak Common (OOC) HS2 railway station.

We are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced Cable manufacturer to undertake the supply of the cable as part of the cable Framework at Old Oak Common (OOC) HS2 railway station.

Anthro are establishing a secondary steelwork fabrication and specialist support brackets framework for the supply of MEP fabrication such as J Hangers for Cable, Trapeze brackets etc. to meet fabrication requirements at Old Oak Common (OOC) HS2 railway station. The framework will consist of 3 lots: with each lot having circa 3 approved suppliers. As fabrication requirements are established suppliers nominated to the relevant lot will be asked to price the works, following which Anthro will evaluate and award the work accordingly. Lots: Lot 1 Fabrication Services - Manufacture and delivery of products to specified drawings and standards. Lot 2 Fabrication and Installation Services - Manufacture and installation of products to specified drawings and standards. Lot 3 Turnkey fabrication Services - Design, Manufacture and installation of products to agreed design specification and standards. Initial Fabrication packages will be for the fabrication of brackets for the D-Wall and bracketry for CMS Modules. Contracting: All contracts will be NEC3 with appropriate flow downs and Z Clauses. We anticipate using NEC Engineering and Construction, Option A or C, Professional Services Option A or C and Supply contracts Option A, B or D as appropriate for each Lot.
