Angus and Dundee City Councils (Angus and Dundee) are seeking IT audit and General audit support from an external provider for their in-house Internal Audit teams to cover financial years 2023/24 to 2026/27.
The teams currently operate independently of each other within each council and call-off from the contract will be arranged separately with each team.
Provision of Secure/Confidential Document Shredding and uplift for Angus Council. Secure vaults/consoles to be provided by contractor for scheduled monthly uplifts at various establishments listed in Appendix 6. Ad hoc uplifts to be carried out in a reasonable timeframe. It should be noted that the requirements may vary over the period of the contract depending on business demands.
This notice is being placed on behalf of Angus Council. Any resultant framework agreement will be available, with the agreement of the Council, for use by other Scottish contracting authorities, or its agents – most likely Dundee City Council and or Perth & Kinross Council.
Funded ELC will consist of education and care which is suitable for eligible children, and will take regard of the importance of interactions, spaces and experiences that support their learning and development. Children accessing Funded ELC will be offered a free meal.
The current contracts for the operating, maintenance and servicing of Biomass boilers are
due to expire on 31 March 2023. A new contract is required to continue with the operating,
servicing, and maintenance of these boilers. In addition to this, we require the delivery and
offloading of woodchips on a regular basis to each site. These contracts have been in place
for varying lengths, with all due to expire on the 31 March 2023.The boilers vary in
manufacturer and size to meet the individual heating requirements on each site.
Angus Council is inviting tenders for a Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Bedding Plants, Bulbs, Trees and Shrubs. The Framework will operate on a ranked supplier basis per lot. Further details on the scope of supply and call-off procedures are provided within the tender documents.

Angus Council and Perth & Kinross Council are responsible for maintaining the safety and appearance of rural road verges across their respective regions. This contract will support the councils in delivering essential verge maintenance services to ensure road safety and compliance with statutory requirements.
The successful contractor(s) will be required to provide high-quality services that meet legal standards, while ensuring the safety of road users and minimising environmental impact.
A Community Wellbeing Centre (CWC) is being set up in Angus and Angus Health and Social Care Partnership (AHSCP) are inviting tenders for the Support Services for the CWC.
The CWC is to be for anyone experiencing emotional distress, including young people over the age of 16 years, adults and older adults.
The CWC is also for people supporting those experiencing emotional distress such as families, carers and friends of people experiencing emotional distress. The CWC will support people to access the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
The CWC will be a place which offers a kind, caring, and compassionate response to emotional distress in a homely environment. The CWC will be open twelve hours per day (12 noon to 12 midnight), seven days per week.
Support from the CWC can be face to face, by phone, text, email, websites and via social media platforms to encourage access.
