This contract covers the installation, maintenance and operation of electricity meters across Anchor's estate, including a number of half hourly meters in business locations, and residential meters. The meter operator is responsible for ensuring that the meters are operating correctly, transmitting accurate data and comply with regulations. Anchors estate of meters is maintained to provide accurate billing.

This opportunity is for the supply of electricity to Anchor's care homes, extra care locations, housing and offices.

This opportunity is for the supply of gas to all of Anchor's gas meters across care, extra care and housing locations.

The Scope of the new contract/s may include the below but is not limited to: Fire Alarm Systems and all associated equipment. Emergency and Communal Lighting systems. Access Controls to Fire Doors.
