The Landlord appoints the Agent on a sole agency basis to let, collect the rent and manage the Property, to act on their behalf and authorises the Agent to advertise and arrange for Prospective Tenants to view the Property.
There are different signage requirements for different tenures within the organisation split into, New Developments, Care Homes, Rented, Leasehold and Extra Care. Other signage areas covered include Safety Signage and PIB Boxes. The appointed contractor will be responsible for a small element of design, supply, delivery, and installation of signage in accordance with the specifications.<br/><br/>The signage must align with the organisation’s branding guidelines, ensure high visibility, and be constructed using durable, high-quality materials suitable for long-term use. Anchor brand guidance is available in the supporting documents section on the portal. Installation must be carried out by qualified professionals, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
The contract extension is for Microsoft unified Support service which is a heightened level of support for all Microsoft products. Anchor has invested heavily in Microsoft products and this extension of support is necessary as it covers all of Anchor’s Azure and O365 products from them.
Anchor has been using Civica's Income Processing Care Homes (SMART) & Time & Attendance/Rostering (TimeSmart) for a number of years with the technology used across Anchor's Care Homes and is integrated with our HR & Finance System. This renewal will ensure continuity of services whilst Anchor develops its Digital Strategy of the future.
Core Responsibilities:
Programme Leadership:
- Lead the overall transformation programme for the initial 12 months.
- Drive alignment and prioritisation across Data, Technology, and Change teams.
- Maintain executive engagement and ensure regular, effective communication with the
Executive Team and support reporting to Board.
Enterprise Architecture Governance:
- Provide architectural oversight and chair governance forums when required.
Solution Implementation:
- Work with Anchor's preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 vendor.
- Specific deliverables tbc but include compliance solution, CRM, case management
- Lead the design and delivery of a property hierarchy and golden customer record with
the data and business teams.
Strategic Road mapping and Planning:
- Coordinate development of ongoing technology delivery roadmap.
- Develop and maintain an interdependency and resource plan.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale, multi-year
digital transformation programmes in regulated social housing and care environments
- Proven delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM and compliance solutions
integrated with existing housing management solutions
- Deep knowledge and experience of housing and care technology solutions
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture governance, including leading appropriate
governance forums
- Strong programme planning and interdependency management across HR, finance,
housing, and customer platforms
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently at senior
leadership level, engaging executives and resolving complex programme issues
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Anchor is looking to appoint two Contractors to deliver it's programme of internal and external decorations to all property tenure types. The Contract will be split into a North and South region.<br/>The successful bidders will be responsible for carrying Internal and External Decorations works and services as part of our asset investment programme. The Contract will typically deliver the following;<br/>• Internal communal areas (all previously decorated only)<br/>o Walls, ceilings, doors, lift doors, windows, handrails and any previously decorated areas.<br/>• External areas (all previously decorated only)<br/>o Car park lining/bays, metal rails, railings, handrails, timber fascia, soffit, gable end boarding, timber cladding, gas/electric meter covers, timber gates, perimeter timber fences, drying area timber fences, bin store doors, estate signage post and rails and any other previously decorated areas.<br/>The contract will be based on the JCT Measured terms (2016 ) with Anchor’s standard amendments.
