Amesbury Town Council is responsible for the maintenance of trees across multiple council-owned sites, including; Lord's Walk, Stockport Avenue, Butterfield Drive, Raleigh Crescent, Boscombe Road, Underwood Drive, Shelter Belt, Lynchet's Field, Church Street, Recreation Road Cemetery, Bonnymead Park, Harvard Park and Archers' Gate/Kings Gate.
The Council is seeking to procure services to deliver a 5-year programme of tree maintenance across the sites listed.
To erect a disability friendly masonry building next to the existing Pavilion with 4 storage spaces along the rear, to the west of the cricket pitch at Archers Way, Amesbury. The building is to be used primarily as a workshop and storage space.

Amesbury Town Council wishes to appoint a Grounds' Maintenance Contractor on a 3-year contract covering Grass Cutting, Line Marking of Sports Pitches, Low Lying Tree Maintenance and Hedge and Shrub Maintenance.
The deadline for submissions for this tender is 2nd January 2025. The contract will commence 1st April 2025.
Whilst maps and detailed information is provided within the ITT, site visits must be conducted in order to fully understand the extent of the contract requirements. Visits can be arranged via the Operations' Manager.
Amesbury Town Council expects best practice to be implemented by the contractor in all aspects of the work outlined and to ensure areas are left clean and tidy after work has been conducted. There may be times when additional work is required outside of the contractual requirements, this may be short notice due to Health and Safety and/or other reasons. We would expect this work to be quoted for and carried out in a timely manner.

Amesbury Town Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor/s to design and deliver new play areas across six (6) locations, to include playground equipment, surfacing, fencing, pathways and associated landscape works as set out in the requirements and specification for each Lot.
Developer contributions have been secured to deliver these facilities based on the agreement with Wiltshire Council, with each Lot requiring specific and unique requirements for that location. It is essential that each of the new facilities offers something for a range of ages, abilities, and interests in line with the Lot requirements, ultimately delivering excellent recreational facilities and choices for the community across Kings Gate.
Amesbury Town Council is NOT seeking a single contractor to undertake the Works for all Lots. Therefore, each Lot will be scored and awarded on the submission for that individual Lot, based on the scoring criteria enclosed and against the brief supplied. Contractors should review the documents and appendices and select which of the Lots would be the most advantageous and applicable to their proposition. Contractors will not be penalised for not bidding on all Lots.

The Town Council is aspiring to create a flagship destination at this location that attracts local residents as well as visitors from outside the immediate area. This tender for the replacement of the existing play area with a flagship destination for play is the first phase in delivering this aspirational vision.
The council is considering significant investment into a number of other enhancements across the site in addition to the play area. They may include car park improvements, a seasonal café or tuck shop, water play, improvement to sports and fitness provision. These are in early stages of feasibility and are yet to be fully determined, they fall outside the scope of this tender, however they are mentioned here to give context to the importance of this destination and the flagship play area that is to be created here.

We are seeking tenders from competent contractors to ensure that the conveniences at both sites and the Bowman Centre are clean, safe and fully operational throughout the agreed opening times.
To ensure that the public conveniences at Central Car Park are cleaned and secured daily (7 days a week)
To provide a clean environment for hirers of the Bowman Centre (weekends only)
To clean the compostable toilet at Stockport Avenue (weekly)
Central Car Park Toilets
1 x daily, late afternoon clean of the toilet block to coincide with locking up to include:
All cubicle toilets (Men's, Ladies and Disabled)
The urinals
Hand wash areas
Bin Emptying
Floor Sweeping and Mopping
Replenishing of soap dispensers and toilet rolls
Washing down of tiles and cubicles/urinals
Removal and disposal of any sharps (sharps bin provided)
Locking up of the toilet block daily Mon-Fri at 5pm and Sat-Sun and Bank Holidays 4pm
Opening the toilet block at weekends Sat-Sun at 8am and Bank Holidays 10am
The Bowman Centre (Saturday and Sunday only, 2 hours per day)
1 x daily clean (to be finished by 8.30am) of the ground floor, tasks to include:
Toilets
Cleaning of all toilets, sinks, work surfaces and floors
Refilling of toilet rolls and soap dispensers
Emptying of bins
Main Hall, Community Room and Corridor
Sweeping and mopping of all floors
Removal of any litter (potential sharps)
Kitchen
Wiping down of all surfaces

The successful bidder will be required to provide all cleaning materials, cleaning equipment is available at the Central Car Park Toilets and Bowman Centre. Consumables such as toilet rolls and soaps for dispensers will be supplied by the Town Council.
