This procurement is for the provision of an integrated HR & Payroll System. This tender is issued by NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, trading as Alliance Homes and known as 'The Alliance Homes Group'. This tender and any resulting contract may be utilised by any member or future member of the Alliance Homes Group, or by any shared services or partnership arrangement or group of which a member of the Alliance Homes Group is currently or in the future a member of, or by any members current or future of such an arrangement or group. This procurement is being tendered in accordance with the Open Procedure of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR 2015") and as such will comprise of one stage. The estimated value of the resulting contract will be between £150,000 and £450,000 (ex VAT) depending upon variables such as frequency of activities, potential business growth and inflation over the course of the contract. The duration of the contract is for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for 1 further period of 12 months, ending on 31st August 2027. AHG intends to award the contracts on 2nd August 2021 to commence on 1st September 2021.

The scope of the works comprises the construction of an extension on the south side of the house to provide an accessible bedroom and wet room. The works will also involve works to the existing kitchen which is to be replaced separately, dining room as well as external works to construct a retaining wall and steps. A new accessible footpath is to be provided to give access to the front entrance. The works are to be funded by a Disabled Facilities Grant from North Somerset Council for the benefit of a disabled child. The works are all shown and described in the Specification and the Drawings. Tender submissions MUST be received no later than midday on Thursday 21st October 2021.

PROPOSED DAMP PROOFING, EXTERNAL LIME RENDERING, INTERNAL LIME PLASTERING, TREATMENT OF DAMP WALLS, INTERNAL DECORATIONS AND ASSOCIATED EXTERNAL WORKS. This is a mini-tender using the General Building Framework Lot 1. The works are to be commenced and completed within 6 weeks of the agreed commencement date. It is Alliance Homes expectation that works will commence no later than 1st June 2022. If the lowest priced bidder is unable to complete the works within the required timeframes, then Alliance Homes reserve the right to award the mini-tender to the next lowest-priced bidder who can complete the works within the required timescales.

Award will be based on lowest price, however, the proposed start and completion dates (to be entered on the Excel specification document) must be acceptable to Alliance Homes . If a bidder submits the lowest price but timings are not acceptable to Alliance Homes, then we reserve the right to award to the next lowest price bidder and so on.

This procurement is for the provision of services related to the repairs and maintenance of 5 blocks of flats at Laburnum Road, Weston-Super-Mare. This procurement is being tendered using an open non-OJEU procedure. AHG intends to award the contracts in January 2023, and it is our intention for works to commence in April 2023. Tender (ITT) submissions MUST be received no later than midday on Friday 4th November 2022.
