This procurement is for the supply, implementation and support of housing management software package. Tenders are invited for the provision of a licence for up to ~40 users and ~2,500 units in management for the software as defined in the technical specification, together with the professional services to properly implement the software in accordance with our requirements. You are asked to submit a written proposal which will enable us to evaluate your ability to provide the services which we require.

Advance Housing & Support Ltd. conducted a competitive tender process for the provision of Internal Audit (IA) services. The tender was published on the Find a Tender Service (FTS) in accordance with public procurement requirements. Following evaluation of all compliant tenders against published criteria, Menzies LLP submitted the Most Advantageous Tender in accordance with the established assessment methodology. Assessment summaries have been issued to all evaluated bidders in line with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023. Advance Housing & Support intends to enter into a contract with Menzies LLP following completion of the standstill period.
