The works include painting, decoration, flooring and prior to paint repairs and or replacement and associated repair works to be carried out to properties that are owned or managed by the Employer within the contract area.
The Contract is let on a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 basis with a contract term of 24 months commencing on the 1st January 2026 with an option to extend the contract of up to a further 3nr 12 months extensions up to the 31st December 2030 at the absolute sole discretion of the Employer.
There is no volume or workflow guarantee, but indicatively it is anticipated that orders for works between £0 and £110,000 per annum may be issued via this contract.
This underlying contract is awarded via Direct Award from lot 9A (Paint and Pre-Paint Repair Works) (Yorkshire & Humber) of the EN:Procure Framework Agreement for the Provision of Installation, Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance (4th Generation) dated 26th February 2024. ACIS Group - Minor Aid & Adaptation Works to Domestic Properties
The Works Include minor aid and adaptation works and associated repair works to properties owned or managed by the employer within the contract area the works may include but are not limited to:

- Alteration to the Swing, Opening Side of Internal Doors.
The Contract is let on a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 basis with a contract term of 35 months commencing 1st February 2026 with an option to extend the contract of up to a further 2nr 12 months up to the 31st December 2030 at the absolute sole discretion of the Employer.
There is no volume or workflow guarantee, but indicatively it is anticipated that orders for works between £0 and £80,000 per annum may be issued via this contract.

ACIS - CONTRACT B (WEST REGION) - GAS & HEATING SERVICING AND REPLACEMENT INSTALLATIONS TO DOMESTIC & COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES
At the time of the service visit all Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Smoke Alarms must be checked for correct operation and, if applicable, replace the battery. A sticker is to be attached to each alarm indicating the date of the next service. In addition the operative will complete an alarm test report, which shall be returned to the Contract Administrator.
The Contractor must have and maintain registration with a class of persons as approved by the Health and Safety Executive - currently the Gas Safe Register.
The nature of the contract is that the Contractor shall undertake the work described or implied in a thorough and workmanlike manner to an acceptable standard as defined throughout the documentation.
For works outside of the fully comprehensive scope of the contract a priced Schedule of Works will be provided.
In addition to the above there shall be approx. 100 - 200 heating system and/or boiler only replacements per annum; albeit volumes and workflow are not guaranteed and will be subject to the Employer’s budget, system failures and the successful Contractor’s performance.
Volumes may vary over the course of the contract duration.
The client shall not entertain any claims for additional costs over and above the unit rates provided for in the Pricing Document (Appendix 3A).
Bidders are also asked to note the property density and rural location of much of the Employer’s Housing Stock and are advised to make appropriate allowances within their rates as no claims for additional costs shall be entertained by the Employer as a result.

The contracts are to start in July 2022 and will be for an initial 3 years with the option to extend.
