To provide a professional window cleaning service ensuring key elements are part of the service in points below. We have key parts of the year that the service must take place during august-September and graduations in Spring and summer. Throughout the year there will be areas that are required also. • Reach and wash to all lower buildings • Internal and external cleans • Abseiling from high rise buildings Annually • Emergency cleans • All team trained • All the team must be inducted with our Soterweb system • RAMS provided for each clean prior to commencement of work • All waste must be disposed of, and areas kept clean • Supervisor as a point of contact while on site • Available to audit areas with a member of the management team after works completed • Excellent customer service • Able to provide a contract cleaning service as required for AD HOC works (such as vent cleaning and high level) • Vehicle information must be provided prior each works for the campus safety team • Flexibility to carry out works • Consistency of teams to learn the site and not keep changing team every time they come to site.

Aston University are looking to increase their security within their Main Building lobby and are looking to procure Speed Gates to allow entrance / exits to be controlled and operable via ID cards / passes. Suppliers should allow for a medium to high volume of traffic and security. The supplied gates should be robust but aesthetics will play a key role in ensuring the security line is visble and welcoming, but not oppressive.

Aston University has a requirement for Security Officers and Security Services which are required on a contracted basis to the Library, Main Building Reception and the main Sports Pitch. This requirement is to ensure the building and sports facilities are occupied by people entitled to be in it, to protect staff and students and ensure their safety whilst on campus. The security provision in the library is to enable students to use the library building round the clock during exam and revision times and late at night. Security Officers are expected to enforce University Policies and Procedures, for example ensuring students can be quickly and safely evacuated from the building in the event of a fire alarm activation. Other tasks may be required to maintain a good working environment.
