The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (the Trust) is an NDPB and registered charity that makes grants to support the UK Armed Forces community at home and overseas. The purpose of this Procurement is to identify a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide HeadFIT; an online resource created by the MOD that assists the user in developing a proactive approach to mental fitness. The contract will be for a period of 36 months. The provider will produce engaging new digital content for the HeadFIT website. The Trust currently hosts the HeadFIT website on its own server for system security and compliance, and this is expected to continue. The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust is procuring research services for a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to carry out an evaluation of the Armed Forces Families Fund: Early Years Programme. The Armed Forces Families Fund: Early Years Programme (known as EYF due to its former name, the Early Years Fund) is delivered by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust on behalf of the Ministry of Defence (MOD). It forms part of the MOD's Armed Forces Families Fund (AF3), which was established following the January 2022 launch of the UK Armed Forces Families Strategy. The Trust administers the AF3 on behalf of the MOD and is the delivery partner for the EYF.

The SP programme is part of the MOD's Armed Forces Families Fund (AF3), which was established following the launch of the UK Armed Forces Families Strategy in January 2022.

The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust ("the Trust") is running a procurement process to establish a closed Framework of suitably qualified Suppliers for the provision of research and evaluation services to support the Trust's research, evidence, policy, and decision-making needs. The Framework is intended to appoint up to five (5) organisations capable of delivering high-quality research, evaluation and related services. Call-Off Contracts will then be awarded under the Framework for specific projects. Bidders must demonstrate their ability to deliver all core elements of the Service Specification (included in the ITT document) and to respond flexibly to a range of Call-Off requirements over the life of the Framework, which will be for a period of four (4) years.
