the purpose of spreading Anglian Water's biosolids product on client farmers' fields to

Anglian Water Services Ltd (Anglian Water) have undertaken a Procurement Exercise to assess Bidders
for our Site Security tender.
In brief Anglian Water sought suppliers to work across the whole estate for the servicing and maintenance of:
LOT 1: Watercress Hatch Alarm Systems, Security Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, Electric Fencing and other security assets
LOT 2: Security Alarms, PIDS, Access Control, CCTV, Electric Fencing and other security assets
LOT 3: Locks and Keys (supporting an ABLOY Master Key System), Mechanical and Electrical.
The procurement of Waste Management for Grit, Screening and Iron Sludge as per below:
AWS has elected to split the existing waste stream of Grit, Screenings and Iron Sludge into
three separate lots:
1. Grit (Lot 1)
2. Screenings (Lot 2)
3. Iron Sludge (Lot 3)
The above three lots are key areas where a significant tonnage is output from AWS'
operational sites each year. By splitting these lots, AWS is attempting to identify innovative
alternatives to disposal via landfill which are available within the market.
Lot 1:
The Waste Management partner is required to provide skips or containers to collect the Grit
as it is output from the waste recycling process. Following this, the Waste Management
partner provides haulage services to transport the waste to AWS grit hubs for recycling by
AWS.
Page 4 to 10
Lot 2:
The Waste Management partner is required to provide skips or containers to collect the
screenings as it is output from the waste recycling process. Following this, the Waste
Management partner provides collection and haulage services to transport the waste off site
to a disposal site. Currently, this is landfill sites, however this does not align with Anglian
Water's sustainability goals or Circular Economy Strategy therefore a disposal option higher
on the waste hierarchy would be preferable.
Lot 3:
The Waste Management partner is required to provide skips or containers to collect the iron
sludge as it is output from the water treatment works process. Following this, the Waste
Management partner provides collection and haulage services to transport the waste off site
to a disposal site.

Anglian Water Services Ltd ("Anglian Water") is currently reviewing options for the future delivery of a Modern Contact Centre (MCC).
Anglian Water is looking to procure a Contact Centre as a Service solution to replace the current on-prem contact centre telephony platform. The Contact Centre solution should have the capability of providing a personalised experience to customers by executing inbound, as well as outbound, communication across a variety of channels.
Anglian Water are looking for interested parties to present their available product options in regards to the provision of a Modern Contact Centre.
Our Contact Centre serves as the primary hub for incoming and outgoing communications between our company and customers, and is currently spread across multiple physical locations, including Enterprise House in Lincoln, Henderson House in Huntingdon, and Hartlepool. Over 400 agents are responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues related to billing, home moves, and operational matters.
The current technology landscape is complex and difficult to navigate, resulting in a lack of actionable insights and operational management. We want to reduce our support costs, simplify our systems, and create an easy-to-use platform that can easily adapt to new channels as they emerge.
Our aim is to provide a digital-first customer experience, and we are looking to transform our traditional voice channels into modern digital channels. While we understand that some customers will still prefer voice-based interactions, we aim to increase the proportion of digital interactions, making it easy for customers to interact with us through various digital channels, including self-serve, social media, and two-way messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
