The framework will cover all aspects involved in implementing synthetic surfaces including but not-limited-to: planning, design, consultancy, excavation, groundwork, utility connections, lighting, construction, surface marking, fencing, security, aftercare, maintenance & repair, refurbishment, deconstruction, disposal and recycling.
