Requirement for Waste
• All waste collected in accordance with the requirements under this Agreement will be disposed of in strict compliance with the terms and requirements of the Controlled Waste Regulations (2012) and all other legislation relating to the collection and disposal of waste.
• Only licensed waste treatment and disposal operators may be used or will be considered for the provision of requirements within this tender.
• Services are as per the schedule attached in 'Appendix 1 - Schedule of Services and Sites'
• Collection schedules are required to be provided in respect of provision of collection service for General Waste
• Provision of Waste Transfer Notices/Duty of Care as required under current regulations.
We are seeking an appropriate and suitably qualified partner to provide us with a new suite of multi-functional devices for our office locations.
The devices will need to be suitable and appropriate for the size of the office and range from smaller devices for the scheme offices to large MFD's for the regional offices. We also would like to seek pricing for a home-based device that has a small home office footprint.
Our printing volumes have changed substantially since the pandemic changed our ways of working and we printed approximately 350K pages across the office locations for the year ending 31 March 2023.

This is for the non-exclusive sourcing, purchase, and deployment of IT equipment and mobile phone devices.
This specification includes mobile phones, laptop devices for office staff, touchscreen laptop devices for frontline staff, and associated accessories such as warranties, cases, and screen protectors.
We are also including as part of this specification, the sourcing, supply and warranty for any peripherals including keyboards, monitors, mouse, docking stations to suit the laptop devices

There may be instances of other works being required under this contract. All works will be in relation to the improvement of external and/or internal communal areas.
