The Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent (the Authority) on behalf of the 7Force Region (Kent, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire), require a Supplier who will act as a VAR to procure the renewal of existing licences including the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (Microsoft EA) and any renewals that come up on a normal expiry basis throughout the contract period and in the most cost-effective way for the 7Force Region to ensure the Forces are correctly licenced and optimise the commercial offering from suppliers.

The new contract will assist in aligning WAN contract expiry dates across the region. This will enable options regarding a wider regional WAN contract.
