Small Electric Off-road Utility Vehicle

Shifty Pig ltd provide TV and radio production services to national broadcasters and video and audio production services to local organisations. We also provide environmental land management services for local organisations. This is in the form of contracting work such as heathland management. We are introducing battery storage and installing more solar panels to reduce our reliance on the grid throughout the year. We are also installing a solar linked charger, whereby all excess power generated will go directly into the existing electric company car battery once the storage batteries are full. To compliment the above, this contract opportunity is to purchase an electric off-road utility vehicle rather than a diesel one so that we can maximise our solar energy useage and get a step closer to being fossil free. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project. We will assess tenders received on lowest compliant Tender.
