Description

Oswestry Town Council is seeking professional services from a multi-disciplinary team led by a suitably qualified architect and/or companies with civil and structural engineering expertise and technical knowledge around space planning. The appointed contractor will need to support the Council to progress from identified improvements to delivery. This includes the appraisal of options including design which will incorporate practical recommendations and fully costed solutions. We will need to work within the Councils financial regulations. Oswestry Town Council require the consultant to ensure delivery from concept design to completion. The project should be delivered in full by mid-February 2025. You would be required to deliver: Fully researched, scoped and costed proposals against identified key areas, Engagement with market traders and their customers in order to support (a) above, Inclusive communications with Oswestry Town Council at each stage of the work, Clear timetable of project activities, Clear tendering and procurement process against agreed proposals, Clear monitoring and management of sub-contractors and retained paper audit for purposes of grant monitoring, Inclusive approach to traders on site and health and safety requirements, Full consideration of risk assessments.
