CBC - Parks - Offer to let an ice cream concession

Description

The Council is inviting offers to provide a mobile ice cream concessions at two prime locations, Lot 1 - Memorial Gardens and Lot 2 - Goffs Park. The sites are marked on the attached plan (Appendix A & Appendix B). The exact location may change slightly from day to day, depending on ground conditions, wear and tear and by request of the park management team particularly if ground recovery or maintenance work is required. The Council requires the successful provider to provide a high standard of customer service from an attractive, safe and clean vehicle. Pictures and dimensions of the proposed trading vehicle (including litter receptacles, signs and generator, if needed, must be provided as part of this process. The Contract Duration shall run from the conclusion of this tender process until 03 November 2024 with the option for a further year trading if both parties are in agreement.
