However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The Successful Bidder shall be responsible for the carrying out a Capital Programme of replacement windows and doors on council owned properties. Included in this requirement is the reactive repairs for doors, windows and glass/glazing units. Works to be carried out in the High Peaks Borough, Derbyshire.
