Luminate Education Group is seeking to appoint a suitable Main Contractor to provide a new build teaching facility within the grounds of Temple Newsam. This is a New build scheme, utilising Passivhaus principles. The site itself is within a conservation area, is adjacent to a grade II listed wall on one side and a row of protected trees with protected roots on the other. Access to the site is limited and as part of the scheme, a new driveway will need to be installed. For further details please refer to the attached documents. Additional information: Completed PQQ's should be submitted via the InTend portal by the due date 12 noon Friday 7th June 2024 upon which your submission will be evaluated.
