Lee Valley Regional Park Authority ("the Authority") has a requirement for the replacement of two Ground Source Heat Pumps at its White Water Centre based in Waltham Cross, Essex. The venue is a World Class sports venue and is the Legacy from the 2012 London Olympic Games. The two GSHP's are located in the plant room and they extract the water for the heating and cooling from these pumps. It should be noted that the updated model of these GSHP's has fundamental changes to its connections and as such extensive modification will be required to the pipework within the plant room, which is expected to take between 4- 6 weeks. Its is therefore necessary for the works to be carried out in the summer months. Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
