Calderdale & Huddersfield Solutions Ltd (CHS) ("the Authority") is seeking a Supplier to supply a Referral Triage, Advice and Guidance and Validation Service (Service) on behalf of Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT). Initially it is intended that the Service will be used by the Neurology Speciality (Neurology) within CHFT but potentially by other Divisions at a later date. Should there be a need for other divisions to use the Service then further details will be shared with the successful supplier.
