Description of works: We require installation of a photovoltaic (PV) system at Morpeth ambulance station of at least 10 kWh (or maximum/optimum possible capacity given the available roof space), composed of solar panels combined with an inverter and other electrical and mechanical hardware. A site survey may need to be carried out prior to installation to conduct a risk assessment and assess the current electrical layout of the property. The contractor will need to undertake an assessment of the existing building roof to determine suitability of the installation and recommend any structural changes, if required, as well as an assessment of the existing electrical installation with recommendations to ensure compatibility with the proposed solar PV installation. Proposed scope of works: - Project Manager and Senior Operational point of contact - Assessment of building roof to determine suitability of installation. - Assessment of existing electrical installation (an additional DB may be required). - Full technical design. - G99 Grid application to determine export capacity. - Certificate of lawfulness. - Structural survey - Scaffold/netting and lifting equipment to ensure safe delivery. - Liaise with grid engineers. - Building fabric changes (if required). - Installation of PV system. - Associated electrical works. - Testing and commissioning of PV system. - Builders Works / Redecoration to affected surfaces. - Operation and maintenance manuals. - Minimum 1 year parts and labour guarantee and additional 4 years maintenance plan for installed system. - Handover Additional information: https://procontract.due-north.com/ https://procontract.due-north.com/register
