The Authority is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to provide planned and reactive maintenance for West Mercia Police and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Services sites for Drainage, Guttering and other Associated Services.The successful Contractor will enter into a long-term strategic contract with a minimum duration of 54 months which is then subject to 2x 12month extensions at the Authority's discretion.
