Description

Warwickshire County Council (the Council) are seeking to deliver additional SRP/SEN provision at North Leamington School. Warwickshire County Council are looking to procure an experienced modular Contractor with a proven track record of delivering similar educational facilities for children with SEN requirements. North Leamington School requires a modular solution for up to 24 children, with communication and interaction requirements. The accommodation is approximately 266 m2 GIFA. Contractors will be expected to work within a fully operational site during Term Time and School Holidays. Work must therefore not interfere or disrupt teaching and learning. This is a Single Stage, Design and Build Contract, via an Open Tender process under the new Procurement Act. We will be hosting an open site visit morning on April 10th 09:30am to 12:0pm. You must send us a correspondence through this portal advising of your interest to attend and who will be attending. We will not be accepting questions on this site visit but if you have any, please make note of these and ask them via the portal. We are only accepting requests for the site visit up until Thursday 9th April at 12:0pm.
