Description

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is looking to appoint a sole supplier for the provision of Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to support the development of a new special school in Wrexham for pupils with additional learning needs. This project represents a significant investment in specialist education provision within the County and is being progressed through the Welsh Government’s Sustainable Communities for Learning programme. The Council has completed RIBA Stage 2 design development, supported by an indicative cost plan, and now seeks experienced and capable suppliers to lead the project through the next stages of design, procurement, construction, and handover. The appointed team will work closely with the Council’s Strategic Project Team, internal stakeholders, external partners, and Welsh Government representatives to ensure the successful delivery of this important scheme. Full details can be found within the documents available free of charge via etenderWales. https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk. Project_ 62474 itt_ 123725
