The Council wishes to promote the welfare needs of Children and Young People and to meet the needs of families with caring responsibilities. Middlesbrough Council's Children's services wish to conduct a pre-market engagement exercise to explore where providers can demonstrate experience of working with children and young people with disabilities. The proposed specification will be for three lots: LOT 1 - Personal Support LOT 2 - After school and Holiday clubs LOT 3 - Complex personal support Please find attached the draft specification, which provides further details on the expectations for each Lot. Please note that there is likely to be amendments to the specification. Every provider will be quality checked to ensure compliant with minimum requirements and work to a specification and identify an agreed pricing structure.
