Description
Northumberland County Council would like to commission a provider of medical checks for foster carers under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This contract for this project will be awarded via the Most suitable provider process. This is a Provider Selection Regime intended approach notice. The identity of the award decision maker is Vicky McLeod, Director for Children, Young People and Families. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
