The Education Training Collective (Etc.) is seeking to appoint an experienced and appropriately qualified Health & Safety Consultancy to provide expert interim leadership and operational compliance support across its multi-campus Further Education group. This requirement arises to provide expert qualified support during a period of recruitment for a suitably qualified individual to lead Health & Safety within the organisation. The successful provider will deliver immediate stabilisation support, ensure statutory compliance, strengthen governance reporting, and embed a positive and sustainable health and safety culture across the Group. The initial engagement is expected to last a minimum of 4–5 months, structured across immediate, short-term, and longer-term phases.
