EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON BEHALF OF THE PALLADIAN ACADEMY TRUST Expressions of interest are invited from appropriately experienced and qualified contractors for the supply of bespoke Grounds Maintenance Services to The Palladian Academy Trust. Services to be provided will include the regular grass cutting of amenity areas and sports fields, line marking of sports facilities, tending of ornamental borders, leaf clearance, pesticide application, hedge cutting and various ancillary works including planting and minor improvement / landscape construction projects to school grounds. The contract will be let for a period of three years initially, with an option to extend for a further two years at the discretion of the Trust. The planned start date is 1st July 2026. Tenders will be dispatched in April 2026 with a view to awarding the contract by the middle of May 2026. The initial range of sites to be included within the proposed contract are as follows:- Westbury Leigh C of E Primary School, Sandalwood Road, Westbury BA13 3UR Westwood with Iford Primary School, Boswell Road, Lower Westwood, Bradford on Avon BA15 2BY Fitzmaurice Primary School, Frome Road, Bradford-on-Avon BA15 1LE Winsley Primary School, Tyning Road, Winsley, Bradford-on-Avon BA15 2JN Churchfields Village Primary School, Monkton Farleigh, Bradford on Avon BA15 2QD Churchfields Village Primary School, Bradford Road, Atworth, Melksham SN12 8HY Ralph Allen School, Claverton Down Road, Bath BA2 7AD Combe Down C of E Primary School, Combe Down, Bath BA2 5JQ Widcombe Infants School, Archway Street, Bath BA2 4JG Widcombe C of E Junior School, Pulteney Road, Bath BA2 4JG St. Martins Garden Primary School, Lympsham Green, Odd Down, Bath BA2 2UN St. Philips C of E Primary School, Bloomfield Rise, Odd Down, Bath BA2 2BN Oldfield Park Junior School, Lymore Terrace, Bath BA2 2JL Oldfield Park Infants School, Dorset Close, Bath BA2 3RF It is likely that additional academies may join the Trust throughout the proposed contract period and the contractor will need to have the capacity to expand the provision. Applicants will in the first instance, be required to complete a Pre- Tender Qualification Questionnaire covering financial, economic, technical, professional and environmental matters.
