Conwy Borough Council wishes to appoint an experienced Architect-led Integrated Design Team to take forward a major capital project at Venue Cymru in Llandudno. The primary scope elements for the design team will be a new Culture Hub as an extension to the existing foyer, various refurbishment works in and around existing foyers, and refurbishment of the existing auditorium including replacement of seating and ventilation improvements. The team will include Architect, Services Engineer, Structural Engineer, Theatre Consultant, Access Consultant, Acoustic Consultant and Principal Designer roles for CDM and Building Regulations. Design work is programmed to commence in March 2026.
