Description

The Council require accurate, comprehensive, and professionally delivered measured building surveys, topographical surveys, underground utilities surveys and 3D Revit models for: Abbey Sports Centre, Green Furlong, Berinsfield, OX10 7NR Henley Leisure Centre, Gillott's Lane, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 1PA Aim: The purpose is to obtain fully coordinated data and drawings to support future feasibility, design, refurbishment and lifecycle planning work. Objectives The contractor shall deliver: Accurate point cloud data for both buildings and associated external areas. Full 2D deliverables, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and topographical survey drawings to agreed scales. Underground utilities survey mapping. A full 3D Revit model for each site. Survey outputs compliant with professional standards and suitable for architects, engineers, and cost consultants. Outputs delivered on time, in required formats, and to a validated level of detail. Scope Included Sites The contractor is required to undertake all survey work across the entirety of: Abbey Sports Centre - Buildings, curtilage, external paved areas, boundary features. Henley Leisure Centre - Buildings, curtilage, external paved areas, boundary features.
