Herefordshire Council will be running a Market Engagement event for all businesses interested in delivering Home Care Services in Herefordshire. These services are commissioned for residents with assessed eligible needs, in order to enable them to remain safe and independent in their own homes for longer, reducing or delaying the need for more formal health and social care services. The engagement event will take place on Thursday 04 December 2025 at HARC (Herefordshire Archive and Record Centre), Fir Tree Lane, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, Herefordshire, HR2 6LA. There are three sessions available throughout the day and providers are limited to 2 attendees per provider: Session 1: 10am - 11:30am (arrive from 9:30am) Session 2: 12:30pm - 2pm (arrive from 12pm) Session 3: 3pm - 4:30pm (arrive from 2:30pm) Each session will cover the following topics: information of where to find council opportunities, how to successfully bid for them and specific information about this project along with opportunities to ask questions and network. ALL SUPPLIERS WHO WISH TO ATTEND WOULD NEED to e-mail Jo Morris, Commissioning Officer, at joanne.morris@herefordshire.gov.uk by Thursday 27 November 2025 and confirm: • Your organisation name • Name, position and e-mail address for your one / two attendees • The session you wish to attend Please note, for health and safety purposes, we will be unable to admit any attendees who have not booked in advance of the event.
