PRN1036: Planning Consultancy Services

Description

The proposed contract is for the provision of a range of planning consultancy services including: • Feasibility Stage: providing concept overview of planning issues and risks for potential sites against legal, environmental and regulatory constraints • Pre Application Stage: advising on the layout and design of buildings, planning objectives, scope and impact, and preparation of planning statements; including evaluation of consultant and/or contractor design submissions • Post Application Stage: monitoring of applications and liaison with consultees to expedite approval; preparation of any required rebuttal statements; responding to any objections raised; confirmation of discharge of planning conditions by designers • General Planning Advice: advising on various planning issues arising that may have an impact on the CA’s current or future housing schemes.
