Additional testing services are required by the Future TRS project due to extension of the timeline (from 26/06/25 to end of April 2026) and increased resource demands. Following analysis by the TRA project management team, services are required to cover a number of areas (via SoWs) including but not limited to the following high level areas: · UAT Planning including production of all test scripts covering all To-Be User Journeys, UX Designs, and Process Maps as per CapGemini formal artefacts. · Execution of UAT Test Cycles, including operation of sub-processes such as Smoke Testing, test execution, Bulk Prioritisation, and Regression Testing, with reference to Testing & Deployment Pack v1.0 and Test Workstream PID. · Collaboration with CapGemini UR / UX team to ensure execution of External Test Cycles. · Overseeing execution of Penetration Testing via TRA's security testing supplier(s). · Execution of Accessibility testing to relevant government standards across UAT and External Testing phases. · Overseeing Operational Acceptance Testing / NFR testing in collaboration with CapGemini. · Communication, Reporting and Escalation in line with project governance, working closely with TRA project management team. £180,000
