Description

Crewkerne Town Council invites tenders for the provision of grounds maintenance services on Town Council owned and managed land at Townsend Cemetery, Mount Pleasant, Crewkerne. The contract will run for a period of three years, commencing on 1 March 2026 and ending on 31 October 2028, covering the three growing seasons of 1 March - 31 October 2026, 2027, and 2028, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. The contractor will be required to carry out grass cutting, strimming, edging, and general maintenance of the designated areas to ensure they are kept in a safe, tidy, and presentable condition. Services must be delivered to an agreed schedule throughout the growing season, with flexibility for additional visits if required. The contractor will be expected to provide all labour, machinery, fuel, and equipment necessary to perform the services. The estimated contract value is £13,950.
