This service is to deliver a mental health and emotional wellbeing offer to children, young people and families in Bolton. The service delivers the following four schemes under one service specification: - Bolton I-Thrive (11 - 19/25) - I-Thrive Referral Hub and 0 - 2 offer - Parent/Carer Mental Health Peer Support - CYP Counselling and SEND offer This contract will be for 2-years from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2027.
