CPC's current Temporary and Permanent Staffing framework will expire on 17/07/2026 and as a result a new framework will be tendered for this requirement. Information on the current agreement can be found at: https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/services/frameworks/temporary-and-permanent-staffing-1 This framework consists of a variety of recruitment agencies that provide CPC members, primarily those in the education sector but also including the wider public sector via Crescent Services Limited, with temporary and permanent staffing via a variety of Lots including all geographical areas, neutral vendor, managed service (previously known as managed vendor) and the option of a vendor management system. It is not known yet what the Lotting structure will look like on the new framework, nor whether the framework will be an Open Framework or not. The current number of suppliers on the agreement is 22, again this is to be decided in the new framework. Pre-market engagement will begin approximately at the end of 2025, with the hopes of going out to tender early in 2026, ready for the current agreements expiry in July 2026. We would like as many suppliers as possible in the industry to assist us in this pre-market engagement to enable us to continue to provide a solution that works for our members, given the high utilisation of this framework and the ongoing issue in education of filling roles.
