Supply of Hoses/ Valves/ Pneumatics across train fleets and depots

Description

Northern is intending to initiate a future procurement process for the supply of hoses, valves, and pneumatic components required for use across its rolling stock fleets and maintenance depots. The scope of the procurement will include, but not be limited to, the provision of flexible and rigid hoses, pneumatic valves, actuators, connectors, fittings, and other associated components essential for the safe and efficient operation of train systems and depot-based infrastructure. Given the distinct nature of the requirements-covering both onboard train installations and depot-based applications-it is anticipated that the tender may be structured into separate lots to better align with supplier capabilities and operational needs. Suppliers will be expected to demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality, specification-compliant components, ensure continuity of supply, and provide responsive support to meet varying demand profiles and maintenance schedules.
