This procurement will be broken down into 7 lots; - Cavity Wall Insulation - External Building Fabric Repairs - Fire and Remediation, including Communal Areas - Mechanical & Electrical (with some Specialist Design) - PV Installers - Replacement Windows and Doors - Roofing Works, incl roof access Hatches & AoVs The contract is for the London Borough of Sutton (LBS), managed by Sutton Housing Partnership on the London borough of Sutton's behalf.
